peace.love.swap. is happening in Vacaville this Saturday, February 5th at Aerial’s Academy of Gymnastics & Dance. The whole purpose of this event is to keep gently used baby, kid, and maternity items out of the landfills and to donate to local charities. It’s easy and fun! Bring your stuff to swap and $5 and leave with “new” items you and your family can use.
Drop off items between 1 and 2pm on Saturday. The Swap starts at 2:30pm and lasts one hour until 3:30pm. When bringing clothes, please make sure they are on hangers so they can be hung on clothes racks for easy swap shopping. Any items left when the Swap is over are donated to a local charity, Vacaville’s Opportunity House.
This peace.love.swap. event is sponsored by Weekender Magazine, Aerial’s Gymnastics, Marilyn Barker of Barker Home Services, and (the organizer) Sameeyah Baksh with Tupperware.
